ASHTANGA VINYASA FLOW
Life has a rhythm and a natural flow that is present in the Universe. This flow, when in balance, preserves our body and mind in healthy conditions. This class focus on Alignment & Asana (posture), synchronizing breathing with movement (Vinyasa).
The structure of this class bases itself on Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), flowing in a sequence that adapts to the needs and possibilities of anyone, and allows to work all areas of the body.

It´s a fact that our mental health determines the health of our body. There´s a connection between body, mind and conscience - when all of them are in balance, life flows in a more harmonious pace, even when facing uncomfortable situations. This connection with the flow of life is the proposal of this Ashtanga-Yoga class.
