CAmi Fernandes

Cami is a Swásthya Yoga instructor, she started 6 years ago and has been practicing yoga for the last 10 years. She came from Brasil to spread this philosophy in Portugal, developing group, private and online classes, creating projects within this philosophy of self discovery and personal development that she choosed for her life. Yoga allowed her to connect more to nature and nowadays she lives and teaches a more slow livestyle.

In every class, she teaches different yoga techniques like ásanas (posture), pránáyámas (breathing), mantras and kriyás (techniques of internal purification), concentration and meditation practices, with the intention of increasing our energy levels and focus ability, allowing the students to bring this improved mental clarity to the different aspects of their daily lifes.
