Description

Based on some Yoga Flow techniques – that use synchronized breathing movements with asanas (physical postures) in a dynamic rhythm – we will explore in the practice of Hatha Yoga postures, postures that are meant to treat the human being as a whole, at a physical, mental emotional and spiritual level.

In this class we will experience, through this fast paced asanas, different techniques: Pranayamas (breathing exercises), Mudras (gestures), Bandhas (contractions), Kryas (purification) and Mantras.

Level: Open to all Levels

Searching equilibrium of the being and the connection to our deep inner self, gathering benefits such as calm, happiness and tranquillity in our daily lives, body conscience, to release tensions and physical pain.

The regular practice provides means to understand the obstacles and ways to overcome them, we need to first acknowledge our limits, accept them, in order to start pushing them and expanding them further.
