Madalena started practicing Yoga in 2009, one year later she tried Ahstanga Yoga for the first time. Her passion for Yoga changed her life, acting as a guideline on how to live a life with purpose and meaning, with peace and happiness.
Since then she has been perfecting her practice and technique and in March of 2018 she decided to travel to India to complete her Yoga training (certified by India Foundation Yoga School) to become a teacher.
Her main purpose is to share the passion and knowledge that she gathered all through the years of practicing Yoga. As a teacher, she wants to help every student to find their potential and to help them explore it, adapting her Yoga Flow practice to the needs of every student.
