The complete class os Swasthya Yoga it’s called Ashtanga Sadhana and it's structured with techniques to provide tranquility, openness and allowing you to be present in the moment during your practice, increases vitality, body and breathing conscience. Includes also techniques for flexibility, stretching, strengthening your physical body, emotional reprogramming and slowing down your brain waves (meditation).
