Thany Prates dedicates herself to the practice of Yoga since 2010, she teaches a fluid and dynamic yoga. She completed her 200 hours training with professor Manuel Rodrigues (Manu Yoga School).
Ayurveda is another area that Thany dedicates herself also. Through massage and Ayurvedic therapy, she offers her clients the benefits of this millennial practice. Through a healthy and nature connected lifestyle, Thany looks to awaken the best in herself and to awaken the best in others.
