Thany comes from a school where dynamic and precision are key assets. In Yoga every part of our body is associated to an element, an emotion and a strength. Exploring those paths is essential to our health and well being. In this module we will explore the water element through hip opening and rooted movements to bring more focus to our minds and control of our emotions.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow
Life has a rythm and a natural flow that is present in the entire Universe. This flow, when in balance, preserves our body and mind in healthy conditions. It´s a fact that our mental health determines the health of our body. There´s a connection between body, mind and conscience - when all of them are in balance, life flows in a more hamonious pace, even when facing unconfortable situations. This conection with the flow of life is the proposal of this Ashtanga-Yoga class.
The complete class os Swasthya Yoga it’s called Ashtanga Sadhana and it's structured with techniques to provide tranquility, openness and allowing you to be present in the moment during your practice, increases vitality, body and breathing conscience. Includes also techniques for flexibility, stretching, strengthening your physical body, emotional reprogramming and slowing down your brain waves (meditation).
HATHA FLOW YOGA

Based on some Yoga Flow techniques – that use synchronized breathing movements with asanas (physical postures) in a dynamic rhythm – we will explore in the practice of Hatha Yoga postures, postures that are meant to treat the human being as a whole, at a physical, mental emotional and spiritual level.

The Mobility Yoga class focus on working areas of our body that are more susceptible to decreasing mobility and stability, due to our daily routines and sedentarism.
Journey into your inner landscape with Yin Yoga a meditative yoga practice to experience the deeper layers from the body mind and soul.
In this practice you will plant new seeds through the five layers of your self: physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual.
